Hey 👋 My name is Deriyen and I'm a writer, living my life in beautiful Canberra, Australia, with my adorable but comically oversized husband, Ulyssees 😍

I write books across a wide range of genres, including flash fiction, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, and contemporary queer fiction ✍️

When I'm not banging away at a keyboard, I enjoy:

🎙️ singing (loudly and off-key)
🎸 playing guitar (badly)
🕺 dancing around the kitchen
🇯🇵 learning languages
🛵 riding Freddy (my Vespa)
☕️ laughing over a coffee
🤼 helping coach wrestling
💪 working out (it’s a new thing!)
